I love this Whizzer Whopper! (& totally remember that nickname 🤣). As you know I love the weekend NY Times as well & read the article about the movie Singles. I recently rewatched it and still loved it! It’s so funny because I do not like rom coms & never really thought of Singles as a rom com but I guess it is. But put Pearl Jam & Soundgarden in a any movie and I’m in!
Loved, loved, loved your Stalker Poem. It's how we all love when we have no idea what it means but it sure grabs you by the throat(an heart) and never leaves you for the rest of your life even if only as a memory.
Re; rom-coms; I recently found a truly adult one, the best one I've ever seen ( with the possible exception of Shallow Hal but no comparison at all) called Jack and Alice. You can find it on Amazon Prime and AppleTV
Thanks, Rainer. I will check out your movie recommendation. Regarding the stalker poem, yes is there anything more angsty than unrequited teenage love.
😂 Oh, the things we think, say and do when we’re young! Thanks for sharing. You helped to (almost) calm my nerves about Friday night!
You are going to be amazing, Tina! I can't wat to hear your CringeFest story on Friday.

I can't watch to rewatch it. I think about that movie often!
